Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Swaadm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for products purchased through our website.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Defective or damaged products received
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Products that do not match the description on our website
  • Cancellation of order before shipment (subject to terms below)

3. Refund Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within the following timeframes:

  • Defective/Damaged Products: Within 24 hours of delivery
  • Wrong Items: Within 48 hours of delivery
  • Order Cancellation: Before the order is shipped

After these timeframes, we may not be able to process your refund request.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Include photographs if the product is damaged or defective
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  5. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited to the original card within 5-7 business days
  • UPI: Refunds will be processed to the same UPI ID within 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: Refunds will be credited to the same bank account within 5-7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of your order is eligible for a refund, we will process a partial refund for the affected items only. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the entire order is cancelled or returned.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items or circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Perishable items that have been opened or consumed
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
  • Refund requests made after the specified timeframe
  • Items returned without original packaging or in unsellable condition

8. Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or wrong items, we will arrange for return pickup at no additional cost to you. For other return requests, return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a refund as per the terms above. To cancel an order:

  • If the order hasn't been shipped, we will process a full refund
